Gambling houses and brothels are very numerous in this area of town. The Slum Quarter is also known as "Darkden" due to the lack of street lamps. The city watch gives this area a wide berth, especially after dark.Although no one can say exactly where either is located, it is a well-known fact that the Birds of Prey have their headquarters here.Many low-brow taverns can be found here.It is also here that the new Temple of St Cuthbert in Radigast will be built. Unfortunately, a few incidents have befallen the men digging the foundation and progress is slow.

Lady Seylia is Lord Marcus's wife and the mother of the current Lord Chamberlain, Lord Darius Alan Dane. She sees to her husband's health.
She recently was the judge in a cooking competition hosted in Radigast by Sir Bertram Kaga.
Following the Second Battle of Radigast City, she and her husband fled the County for Leukish to avoid repercussions from the victorious Lord Duncombe.
She has served as the County's ambassador to the Duchy of Urnst in the early parts of 597CY and attended the Coronation of the new Duke.

Lady Rachel is Lord Terard Duncombe's eldest daughter and the black sheep of the family. She is known to be a Paladin of Heironeous.
